THINGS YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING

1. Items marked "Actually Pre-Loved" are the items that have been worn before but still in very good condition. However, they are susceptible to certain degrees of fading or “furry” material, hence the lower price (not encouraged for fussy buyers).
Pre-loved items will be washed before being sent out.

2. Items marked as "Actually New" have only been worn for trying purposes.

3. No refunds/exchanges allowed once purchase is made.

4. Items can be reserved for a maximum of 3 days.

5. Items will be posted within the next 2 working days after payment is received. We only ship throughout Malaysia at the moment. Postage rates as below:-

Peninsular Malaysia [Poslaju]

Sabah & Sarawak [Poslaju]

RM9

PosExpress [For single item only]

Rm4.50 for Malaysia

6. We currently do Cash On Delivery (COD) at no extra charge on weekdays night and weekends at OUG, Old Klang Road, Happy Garden and Seri Petaling. Do check with us for the time for COD.

7. We are not responsible for any loss/damages upon delivery of items. (Especially for PosExpress that does not require a signature upon delivery)
