Direction of usage: After shower, squeeze a generous amount on hand and scrub thoroughly in circular motion. Rinse off. Concentrate on dry skin area like elbow, feet and back. Do not use on irritated or sun damaged skin (sunburns) and if you suffer from open wounds and cuts. Use at least once or twice a week. This product is not meant for face.
